How do i select items for Purchase?

As you browse through the infelio.com Store, click on the “add to shopping cart” button beneath the items that you wish to purchase.

How do i know what is in my shopping cart?

When browsing through infelio.com, simply look to the right-side of the screen to see which items you have in your shopping cart. Use the arrows to move between items in your cart.

How do i modify Quantity on Shopping Cart

Click on “view shopping cart” to see an itemized list of the products in your shopping cart. Change the quantity of the item and click “modify cart” to update the contents of your shopping cart.

How Do I Pay for My Order?

We accept Visa,mVisa, Mastercard, Mpesa, Airtel money, Equitel and PesaLink for online orders, subject to proper authorization.

How do i know my order has been recieved?

Our ordering system will automatically send you an email confirming that your order was successfully submitted. Please make certain that the email address you provide is correct. Upon processing, we will send you an additional email message confirming your order with applicable taxes and shipping charges calculated, and a shipping order number for your records.

Return policy and who to contact

If for some reason you need to return an item to infelio.com please email the details of your particular situation to: returns@infelio.com.

Note only defective items and wrong items are the only reasons that can be considered for refunds and returns.

Can i cancel my order?

It is important to note, cancellations are not possible for orders on overseas products.

Shipping Timelines

Domestic orders

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days.

Orders on Overseas products

The delivery time is 15 to 40 business days.

All orders will be processed and shipped once payment is received

Where do i collect my items?

Once the item has been shipped can be collected at our pick up stations depending on the address given. You will be notified by a call to come and collect your item. For home deliveries, there will be an extra fee of 350Ksh.

If the parcel is to be delivered to other country apart from Kenya, we can only send through your local postal office. kindly ensure you give correct postal address.

I did not recieve my item?

In case your item has not yet reached you within the estimated delivery time displayed on the product page, please email us at support@infelio.com or call us at (+254) 773 614 500 between 8am and 8pm on weekdays and 9am to 3pm on weekends and public holidays for clarification.
